8:20 - 8:30 = CLEANUP/TRANSITION
8:30 - 9:40 = MATH
9:45 - 10:50 = ELA
10:55 - 11:40 = SCIENCE
11:45 - 12:30 = SPECIALTY CLASS
12:35 - 1:05 = LUNCH
1:10 - 1:55 = ACADEMIC STRETCH
2:00 - 3:00 = HISTORY
3:05 - 3:15 = CLEANUP/TRANSITION
3:15 - 3:30 = PARENT PICKUP

*pLEASE WEAR YOUR PHYS ED UNIFORM ON TUESDAYS.
Please ensure that your child arrives before 8:25am to maximize their opportunity for learning. Students arriving after that are losing crucial instruction time.
HOMEWORK
Please expect your scholar to bring home homework Monday-Thursday.
Most nights, almost all nights unless there is a math test that day, homework will include additional practice for math. I really want all of my students to become more confident in their ability to successfully work through their math work. They will struggle, that is to be expected, but with practice they will get better. Completing the assigned homework will help.
At least two times a week I will try to include a ELA homework to review new materials covered in class.
I will also include science one night and social studies the other. There will not be many nights where your child will bring home homework for all 4 content areas, unless they are absent the day(s) before.
